Meta Archives - The Media management module is also executable as a standalone system. It administers the information about arbitrary data carriers (DigiBeta, DVD etc.) and their contents (audio tracks, videos, sub-titles etc.). The assets themselves are not administered by the system, but are stored in shelf archives or Media asset management systems for instance. MAZ cards and other labels can be printed together with their corresponding bar codes. Extensive search filters permit fast and simple searching.


Document Management - Documents of all kinds (e.g. Word files, pictures, low-res video assets) can be administered with versioning. Check-in and out routines ensure that several people can work on the same document without overwriting current or past versions.
Together with the customer login module, documents can be worked on independently of time and space, without media breaks, and be stored centrally.
In addition, the modul can also produce files, e.g. Word or Excel files. For DVD authoring purposes, by example, a complete flowchart in various formats can be produced automatically and later be edited. Look at the following, simple example: DVD Flowchart (PDF).
